مدیریت فناوری های نو ظهور در پرتو آرا و نظرات حقوقی و فقهی

فناوریهای نوین ارتباطی با ایجاد همگرایی بین شبکه های ماهواره‌ای و اینترنتی و فراهم کردن بستری جهانی برای گسترش مولفه‌هایی همچون شهروند مجازی، شهر الکترونیک، تجارت الکترونیک، اینترنت اشیاء و حتی گسترش ارتباطات و دموکراسی‌ها بوسیله گسترش و سرعت انتشار اخبار تحول نوینی در جهان امروزی ایجاد نموده اند. چنان پیشرفتی بشر در هزاره سوم هوش مصنوعی را گستراند که مقوله شهروند مجازی و اینترنت اشیاء امروز جز بایست های ضروری جهت کنکاش و تحقیق می‌باشد. البته باید گفت اینترنت اشیا سیستمی از دستگاه‌های محاسباتی، ماشین‌های مکانیکی و دیجیتال، اشیاء، حیوانات یا افراد است که با شناساگرهای یکتایی مشخص شده‌اند و توانایی انتقال داده در شبکه را بدون نیاز به تعاملات انسان با انسان، یا انسان با کامپیوتر دارند. سوال پژوهش این است که چه دیدگاه هایی در خصوص مدیریت فناوری های نو ظهور بیان شده است؟ برای بررسی ضمن برای بررسی دیدگاه ها پیرامون فناوری های نوین نظریات مدیریت اعتماد ، نظریات مسئولیت مدنی ، نظریات مسئولیت سختگیرانه ، نظریات مسئولیت متناسب و دیدگاه دینی بررسی خواهد شد.

Of course, it should be said that the Internet of Things is a system of computing devices, mechanical and digital machines, objects, animals or people that are identified with unique identifiers and have the ability to transfer data in the network without the need for human-to-human or human-to-computer interactions. The research question is, what views have been expressed regarding the management of emerging technologies? In addition, to examine the viewpoints about new technologies, theories of trust management, theories of civil responsibility, theories of strict responsibility, theories of proportionate responsibility, and religious viewpoints will be examined.
