بررسی رابطه حقوق بشر و توسعه

حقوق بین‌الملل حقوق بشر استانداردهایی را ارائه می‌کند که طیفی از موضوعات از بهداشت، آموزش، مسکن و استانداردهای کار گرفته تا مشارکت سیاسی، آزادی‌های اساسی و امنیت شخصی، اجرای عدالت و عدم تبعیض را پوشش می‌دهد. این مسائل اساساً با توسعه مرتبط است. حق توسعه یک حق مسلم بشری است که به موجب آن هر انسان و همه مردم حق‌دارند در توسعه اقتصادی، اجتماعی، فرهنگی و سیاسی مشارکت، مشارکت داشته باشند و از توسعه اقتصادی، اجتماعی، فرهنگی و سیاسی برخوردار شوند. در این پژوهش تلاش خواهد شد تا رابطه بین حقوق بشر و توسعه را مورد واکاوی قرار گیرد و پرسش اصلی این است که چگونه بین پیوند حقوق بشر با توسعه رابطه برقرارشده و چه تاثیری بر یکدیگر دارند؟ یافته‌های پژوهش نشان میدهد که حقوق بشر و توسعه با توجه به مفاهیم مشترکی که در خصوص افزایش جایگاه و نقش افراد و اقشار مختلف می‌توانند داشته باشند به یکدیگر مرتبط بوده و هرچقدر حقوق بشر افزایش یابد بر میزان توسعه نیز تاثیر مثبت می‌گذارد.

International human rights law provides standards that cover topics ranging from health, education, housing and labor standards to political participation, fundamental freedoms and personal security, the administration of justice and non-discrimination. These issues are basically related to development. Everyone has a right to participate in economic, social, cultural, and political development, as well as to benefit economically, socially, culturally, and politically. This study will try to examine the relationship between human rights and development. What is the relationship between human rights and development, and how do they influence one another?Human rights and development are interconnected because common concepts can boost the positions and roles of various groups, and as human rights increase, development is improved.
