حریم خصوصی و حقوق داده‌ها در هوش مصنوعی

با رشد فناوری‌های هوش مصنوعی و استفاده گسترده از داده‌ها در تحلیل و تصمیم‌گیری، مسائل مربوط به حقوق حریم خصوصی و حفاظت از داده‌ها اهمیت بیشتری یافته‌اند. الگوریتم‌های هوش مصنوعی اغلب با داده‌های شخصی و حساس کار می‌کنند که می‌تواند تهدیدی برای حریم خصوصی افراد باشد. این مقاله به بررسی حقوق حریم خصوصی در زمینه هوش مصنوعی و نحوه حفاظت از داده‌های شخصی در این فضا می‌پردازد. پس از ارائه مفاهیم اصلی و پیشینه تحقیق، چالش‌های حقوقی، اخلاقی و نظارتی در این حوزه مورد بررسی قرار می‌گیرد و در ادامه یافته‌های تحقیق ارائه می‌شود. در نهایت، نتیجه‌گیری و پیشنهاداتی برای بهبود چارچوب‌های حقوقی مرتبط با حریم خصوصی و داده‌ها در حوزه هوش مصنوعی ارائه می‌شود.

With the growth of AI technologies and the widespread use of data in analytics and decision-making, issues related to privacy rights and data protection have become increasingly important. AI algorithms often work with personal and sensitive data, which can pose a threat to individuals’ privacy. This article examines privacy rights in the context of AI and how to protect personal data in this space. After presenting the main concepts and research background, the legal, ethical, and regulatory challenges in this area are examined, followed by the research findings. Finally, conclusions and suggestions for improving the legal frameworks related to privacy and data in the field of AI are presented.
