شروط اساسی و مهم قراردادهای فروش گازی

چکیده

بدون شک گاز طبیعی یکی از مهمترین منابع تامین انرژی در قرن جدید است. استفاده از گاز طبیعی در سالهای اخیر روندی فزاینده داشته به گونه ای که اکنون از آن به عنوان منبع مهمی از انرژی یاد می شود. در این بین ممکن است بین عرضه و تقاضا مسائل مختلفی مطرح شود یا شرایط به گونه ای شود که یکی از طرفین در اجرای قرارداد دچار کاستی هایی شود بنابراین باید قراردادهای گازی به شکل کاملا دقیقی نگاشته شوند. حال در این تحقیق سعی بر آن شده با توجه به موضوع قراردادهای فروش گاز به کنکاش در شرایط و الزامات قراردادهای فروش گاز پرداخته شود. بنابراین سوال اصلی این است که قراردادهای فروش گازی شامل چه مواردی می شود؟ یافته ها نشان میدهد که تحویل گاز، زمان و مکان، تجهیزات و پیش بینی های اجرا و تعهد به مسئولیت یا جبران آن قراردادهای گازی بخش مهمی از مفاد را شامل میشود. مقاله به روش کتابخانه ای و توصیفی –تحلیلی گردآوری شده است.

Undoubtedly, natural gas is one of the most important sources of energy supply in the new century. The use of natural gas has been increasing in recent years so that it is now referred to as an important source of energy. In the meantime, various issues may arise between supply and demand, or conditions may become such that one of the parties suffers from deficiencies in the implementation of the contract, so gas contracts must be written in a very precise manner. Now, in this research, an attempt has been made to delve into the conditions and requirements of gas sales contracts with regard to the issue of gas sales contracts. So the main question is, what are the gas sales contracts? The findings show that gas delivery, time and place, equipment and implementation forecasts and commitment to responsibility or compensation for those gas contracts are an important part of the provisions. The article has been compiled by library and descriptive-analytical method.
